A systematic gazetteer of the pagoda's setting, historical development, architecture and objects, repair and conservation, and social memory. Its scale makes it useful for checking chronologies, institutions and local narratives.

Gazetteers aggregate material effectively, but historical claims should still be traced through notes and references to primary evidence. No reusable verified cover was found, so the standard catalogue design is used.
